Bikefit

At Peloton Training we believe bike fit is fundamental to success on the bike.  A good fit reduces the risk of injury and creates efficiency, comfort and power in the saddle.

A bike fit is unique to every rider depending on him or her as an individual.  A vast range of factors including anatomy, riding style and fitness level influence your fit on a bike.

The Retül 3D Motion Capture bike fit interprets how your body moves on the bike. The results are fluid and will change as you change in fitness, strength and shape, therefore you will be given advice on how to progress after your bike fit.
