Run

There are plenty of tarmac roads to pound on the nearby lanes but most people enjoy getting off-road onto the forest fire-tracks, river walls and hard-pack paths that wind around the countryside. Often muddy but always fun and energising!

Our physiotherapist is on hand to provide barefoot running sessions and up to date gait analysis. This takes place on a grass field adjacent to Butley Barns, which also hosts a rough running track, perfect for the dreaded “run test”! [Leaderboards – click here].
